This area is known for producing some of the best Garnachas in all of Spain due to its high elevation paired with granite and sandy soils. This Garnacha has the complexity of a bottle twice its price and produces tasting notes of juicy black raspberry, cherry, with a strong mineral body and just a hint of white pepper on the finish. Pair with an aged manchego or pulled pork.
